Yes, clients need to pay the sample shipment. But we will choose the best competitive forwarders. Please contact our salesman to get an estimated shipment charges.
Basically 10 days or even sooner if it is catalogs upon artwork approval & sample charge fund reception
It depends on what products, different materials/surface finishes/print techniques make the price different
There is slight difference due to some of samples is made by hand. But a sample’s major function is to get idea of construction, layout, material and print technologies. That means it’s acceptable to have that difference for most of clients.
Normally we need to get paid for sample producing cost but all will be returned after PO released. The sample shipment charges not included.
Price is based on different Material, Size, Color, Surface finishing, construction, Quantity and Accessories etc. Thus we need your complete specifications or even a real sample of binder or box to show us.
Production
If there is any corrections made on your artwork, then we will send you updated proof to review.
A digital print hard copy is available for you to have a look if it is a catalog, and we can produce a real sample for your approval before the mass production if its is a box or binder.
Full range of binders, such as PVC binder, vinyl binder, fabric binder, paper binder, PP binder, fancy paper binder, aluminum binder
Full range of ring styles such as round ring binders, D-ring binders, angled-D ring binders, square ring binders, oval ring binders, post pipe binders .
Matte/Glossy Lamination, UV Coating, Silver Foil, Hot Stamping, Spot UV coating, Flocking, Debossed, Embossing, Texture, Aqueous Coating, Varnishin etc. options. Please get all these details confirmed before mass production
- Binder or box: each binder get packed in a pp bag then put into packaging box.
- Catalog or book or calendar or envelop: every 10 or 20copies or more wrapped by paper then put into box to pack. Some high end books will get shrink packed. Basically how many copies per carton is decided by their total weight to be allowed by carton box .

Payment
50% deposit,and the balance to be paid before delivery or upon release of B/L.

Shipment
Shipping times vary from products. 15 days or more for boxes or binders while 10 days or more less catalogs.
By airmail or vessel ; Use your own forwarder or we can handle all shipment issues for you instead.
Pallets is optional.
